I don’t have much knowledge on what types of drugs are out there, nor can I differentiate levels of alcohol. However, if some idiot decides to smoke in near vicinity of me (especially in public areas where smoking is obviously not an option… and who the hell smokes around kids, any way?), that idiot best put that out or they’ll hear...
